The Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E Mr. Stephan De Loecker, hosted a dinner reception at his private residence in Beirut for Mr. Hikmat Nasser and the VELIA members that had visited the UN Belufil Base earlier in that day.

The evening was enamored with conversations between the VELIA members and the embassy team about future co-operations and various subjects.
